We do HVAC Design for residential houses and are located in Houston, Texas. Here in Houston we know what the summer months can be like and the effects it can have on a building. While we do consider all heat gains in our load calculations, we aim to size systems properly. Over-sizing can also have problems, causing systems to short cycle and shut off before having a chance to remove the humidity out of the air.
